STEP 4  By Robert Fernando Ome Research topic:  The TIC’S: as a 21st century learning tool Methodology:   Quantitative research will be implemented for this, questionnaires will be carried out taking as a reference a public school and a private one. The object of this research is to study the conditions in which students from institutions use ICTs in their academic activities on a daily basis. Research Problem: The new current of the 21st century requires the implementation of technological tools to facilitate the learning process, however, there is a great lack and ignorance of ICTs in the classroom, one of the reasons is given by the lack of help from of the Government and another is due to the ignorance of teachers who do not handle this type of technology, so they continue to focus on traditional systems that delay the learning process of students.
